INVITATION TO BID MONROE COUNTY, TN
The bid opening date for the below bid is Thursday October 1,
2015. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. Eastern
Standard Time, at the Monroe County Department of Finance,
103 College Street South Suite 9, Madisonville TN 37354, at
which time the Monroe County Purchasing Committee will
meet to publicly open and read the bids, at the JP Kennedy
Board room.
Purchase of One New 2015 R13 GMC or Chevrolet Type
III Ambulance with New Emissions Chassis
CGD1000-10-15
Bids will be awarded accordingly as prescribed by law which
states “lowest and best.” A Supreme Court ruling states that
the discerning of best lies solely on those requesting the bid
and not the bidder. The right is also reserved to refuse any and
all bids.

www.monroetn.com, go to on-line bid system. You may also
pick up a copy of the bid at Monroe County Finance Department at 103 College Street South Suite 9, Madisonville, TN
