A quick three-day session for Monroe County Criminal Court saw several guilty pleas and a handful of indictments.

Guilty pleas heard included:

Darrell Wayne McCoy, 65, Pleasant Hill Road, Maryville, forgery, two years suspended; identity theft, $500, four years suspended.

George Scott Mizer, 32, Highway 411, Madisonville, possession of meth for resale, $2,000, eight years suspended after one year; simple possession of marijuana, $250, 11/29 at 50 percent.

John Robert Pike, 26, Reagan Valley Road, Tellico Plains, two counts evading arrest, two years suspended after 60 days each count; driving on a suspended license, six months.

Bobbie Nicole Lemke, 32, County Road 319, Niota, conspiracy to commit criminal simulation, 11/29 suspended; criminal simulation, $500, two years suspended.

Jimmy Dale Presley Jr., 34, Morris Street, Sweetwater, introduction of contraband into a penal facility, four years suspended after 363 days.

Tasha Ann Jamerson, 25, Howard School Road, Maryville, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, two years at 30 percent.

Charles Cory Saylor, 26, Pine Grove Circle, Greenback, possession of Heroin for resale, $2,000, eight years at 30 percent.

Joshua Kareem McCowan, 40, Broad Street, Sweetwater, evading arrest, four years at 35 percent.

Jefferson Bookout, 49, Hollingshead Road, Tellico Plains, violation of the sex offender registry, $350, two years suspended after 90 days.

Grand jury indictments handed down included:

Garrison M. Brackins, 18, North Price Street, Sweetwater, identity theft, burglary of a vehicle, vandalism $1,000-$2,500, fraudulent use of a credit card, evading arrest, simple possession of marijuana, status hearing Nov. 11.

Perry Dale Allen Brown Jr., 46, Head of the Creek Road, Sweetwater, sale of a schedule II narcotic, TennCare fraud, status hearing Oct. 28.

Scottie Lynn Crowder, 44, Starr Mountain Road, Tellico Plains, aggravated assault, evading arrest, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, burglary, theft of property $10,000-$60,000, status hearing Oct. 18.

Kevin Alonzo Currie, Bellmont Place, Smyrna, Georgia, possession of a schedule IV narcotic for resale, possession of meth for resale, possession of firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, status hearing Oct. 14.

Agustin Lara Espionoca, 29, Sweetwater/Vonore Road, Sweetwater, possession of meth for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia, status hearing Oct. 28.

Lillian Irene Hammons, 27, Selby Lane, Sparta, DUI, leaving the scene of an accident with death or injury, implied consent violation, status hearing Oct. 14.

Thomas Rodney Millsaps, 34, Smokey Branch Road, Vonore, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, status hearing Oct. 18.
