An indictment has been brought against a current Madisonville city alderman for allegedly placing a couple of people in a dangerous situation.
Madisonville Alderman James Kevin Bledsoe was indicted during the Monroe County Grand Jury’s November term for two counts of felony reckless endangerment.
According to the indictment, on Aug. 5, Bledsoe “unlawfully and recklessly engaged in conduct” that may have placed two people in danger.
The conduct was allegedly committed with a gun and it reportedly put the two individuals at risk of “imminent danger of death or serious bodily injury.”
No further information was available on the incident as of press time.
