Monroe County Criminal Court wrapped up its January session, hearing guilty pleas from the following defendants:

Robert Matthew Wooten, 31, Highway 360, Tellico Plains, violation of the habitual motor vehicle offenders law, two years suspended after 90 days.

Lonnie Truman Lawrence Jr., 51, Frank Road, Vonore, violation of community supervision for life, 11/29 suspended after 90 days; violation of sex offender registration law, $350, three years suspended after 90 days.

Charlotte Sue McNabb, 50, Powell Avenue, Sweetwater, violation of the habitual motor vehicle offender law, one year suspended; seatbelt violation, $25.

Michael Kaleb Peels, 27, Steer Creek Road, Tellico Plains, two counts possession of drug paraphernalia, $150, 11/29 at 50 percent each count; theft of property $2,500-$10,000, two years at 30 percent; simple possession of meth, 11/29 at 50 percent; simple possession of marijuana, $250, 11/29 at 50 percent.

Erica M. Miller, 32, Jackson Street, Athens, theft of property $1,000-$2,5000, two years suspended after 30 days; theft of property less than $1,000, 11/29 suspended after 30 days.

Justin Ray McDaniel, 38, Ball Play Road, Madisonville, two counts theft of property $1,000-$2,500, two years at 35 percent each count.

Joshua Kareem McCowan, 39, Broad Street, Sweetwater, sale/delivery of meth under .5 grams, $2,000, six years suspended after 363 days.

Crystal Gail Lee, 39, Frank Road, Vonore, attempted identity theft, $250, 18 months suspended after 90 days; assault with fear of bodily injury, $250, 11/29 suspended after 90 days.

Trevor Haydon Hyatt, 18, Old Highway 68, Madisonville, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, two years at 30 percent; theft of property $2,500-$10,000, three years at 30 percent.

Fidencio Antonio Aranda, 24, Reed Springs Road, Philadelphia, theft of property $2,500-$10,000, four years suspended after 60 days; theft of property $1,000-$2,500, two years suspended after 60 days.

James Farley Sansom, 34, Red River Road, Englewood, felony evading arrest third party, 10 years at 45 percent.

Kendrick DeWayne Crawford, 34, Oak Ridge Trail, North Port, Alabama, possession of marijuana less than a half ounce, $2,000, two years suspended.

Hailey Christina Renee Lee, 24, Rosedale Avenue, Loudon, two counts sale/delivery of a schedule II narcotic, $2,000, five years suspended after 30 days each count; sale/delivery of a schedule IV narcotic, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Franklin Lloyd Harris Sr., 55, Isbill Road, Madisonville, theft of property under $1,000, 11/29 suspended.

Brandi Lynn Thompson, 32, White Plains Road, Vonore, promoting the manufacture of meth, $2,000, two years at 30 percent.

Christopher Michael Belcher, 23, Harrison Road, Madisonville, three counts aggravated statutory rape, four years at 30 percent each count; sexual exploitation of a minor, four years at 30 percent; criminal exposure to HIV, six years at 30 percent.

Lesa Annette McCulloch, 56, Oklahoma Street, Madisonville, two counts initiation of the process to manufacture meth, $2,000, four years at 35 percent each count; two counts simple possession of a schedule II narcotic, $750, 11/29 each count; simple possession of a schedule IV narcotic, $750, 11/29; possession of marijuana less than a half ounce, $2,000, four years at 35 percent; possession of drug paraphernalia, $150, 11/29.

Leslie Joseph Webb, 39, Chapel View Drive, Madisonville, domestic assault, 11/29 at 75 percent.

Joseph Mark Roberts, 30, Davis Hill Road, Tellico Plains, possession of marijuana less than ½ ounce for resale, $2,000, two years suspended.

Hubert Edd Bennett, 44, Foster Drive, Lenior City, aggravated assault with fear of injury by weapon, four years suspended after five months; aggravated assault with serious bodily injury, four years suspended after five months; theft of property $1,000-$2,500, two years; felony evading arrest by a third party, $2,000, four years suspended after five months.

Johnny Anthony Black, 59, Circle Street, Madisonville, DUI second offense, $600, 11/29 suspended after 45 days; driving on a revoked license second offense, $65, six months suspended.

Floyd Franklin Hansen, 49, Burnette Road, Madisonville, violation of the sex offender registration law, $350, two years suspended after 90 days.

Chariety Rene Bennett Pryor, 32, Garland Road, Maryville, three counts forgery, four years at 35 percent each count; theft of property $1,000 or less, 11/29 at 75 percent.

Mary Anna Britton, 39, Highway 411, Madisonville, introduction of contraband into a penal facility, $750, three years suspended after 60 days.

Harold Ray Craig, 54, Eastwood Drive, Sweetwater, aggravated assault by strangulation, four years suspended after six months.

Michael Gene Scott, 46, Mynatt Drive, Knoxville, violation of the habitual motor vehicle offender act, $500, two years at 35 percent.

Bradley Lamarr Butts, 23, Raby Road, Sweetwater, possession of meth less than .5 grams for resale, $2,000, eight years suspended after six months; possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, dismissed.

Justin Andrew Rodgers, 22, Head of the Creek Road, Sweetwater, possession of meth less than .5 grams for resale, $2,000, three years suspended; possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, dismissed.

Earthly Kevin Morgan, 37, East 11th Street, Chattanooga, forgery, two years suspended after six months; theft of property $1,000-$2,500, two years suspended after six months.
