Monroe County Mayor Mitch Ingram, right, recently announced the winner of the 200-Year Celebration Logo Contest, Matthew Mikos, left. Mikos is the art instructor at Sweetwater High School and is also an illustrator for many children’s books. Mikos’ logo will be used in various events during the Bicentennial Celebration.
