A survivor’s smile

Elisha McJunkin, who is currently battling cancer, has a huge smile on her face as she walks through a sea of cheerleaders during the survivor recognition at Friday night’s Relay For Life event. This year’s event was held at Kefauver Park in Madisonville and recognized and honored survivors, victims and caregivers in a night dedicated to raising money for the American Cancer Society and the fight against cancer. See more photos from Relay For Life on page A14 of the May 1 edition of The Advocate & Democrat.
