Cathy D. Powell of Sweetwater, passed away Monday, June 23, at her home.

She was 55.

Preceded in death by: husband, Philip Don Powell.

Survivors include: sons-Michael Wayne Absher of Tellico Plains; and Matthew Travis Powell of Sweetwater;

Six grandchildren;

One great-grandchild;

Sister-Sandra Rader of Marlinton, W.V.;

Brothers-Larry Keen of Athens; and Gerald Keen of Madisonville.

Memorial services will be conducted at a later time in Virginia. Arrangements by Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
