Craig West

Craig West of Vonore, passed away at 4:15 p.m. Monday, March 15, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was owner of West Surplus Store and a graduate of Vonore High School. He enjoyed life, loved his dogs and had a giving heart. He supported Shriner's Hospitals.

He was 43.

Preceded in death by: parents, Charlie and Ruby West; sister, Rhonda West; brothers, Ronnie and Steven West.

Survivors include: sisters and brother-in-law-Anita and Rev. Tim Heaton of Vonore; and Donna West Thompson of Asheville, N.C.;

Brother-Christopher Keith West of Vonore;

Nephews-Jody Brackett, Matthew and Jeremy Heaton and Cody Brackett;

A host of friends.

Graveside service and interment will be 2 p.m., Thursday, in Mt. Zion Cemetery with the Rev. Tim Heaton officiating. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
