Carl H. Setterberg, of Philadelphia, was born in Hartford, Conn., on Dec. 7, 1921, and passed away at the age of 97 on Feb. 14, 2019. He was 20 years old on Pearl Harbor Day, and enlisted in the Navy. He started in the Amphibious Force on the LTC’s, and was later transferred to Navy Civil affairs.
