Phillip Lynn Axley, of Madisonville, passed away at 1:08 a.m. on Friday, June 21, 2019, at his home.He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and Tellico Lodge #80 F & AM. He graduated from Madisonville High School. He served in the National Guard.

The Rev. Charles B. Cassady went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 20, 2019, surrounded by his family. He was a member of the Open Door Baptist Church. He was a minister of the Gospel for more than 48 years, pastoring five churches.
