Maggie C. Goodman

Maggie C. Goodman of Sweetwater, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, June 21. She was a member of the Old Country Baptist Churh in Sweetwater.

She was 96.

Preceded in death by: husband, John Goodman; parents, Merdie and Ada Duckett; sons, Charles Hicks Goodman; and Roy Lee Goodman; daughter, Anna Ruth Beasley; granddaughter; two grandsons; daughter-in-law, Debra Goodman; son-in-law, Grady Beasley.

Survivors include:sons and daughters-in-law-Leon Goodman of Washington, Elmer and Charlotte Goodman, Donald and Elizabeth Goodman and David Paul Goodman;

Daughter and son-in-law-Rena and Albert Shoemaker of Sweetwater;

Twenty-one grandchildren;

Six step-grandchildren;

Twenty-seven great-grandchildren;

Nine step-great-grandchildren;

Three great-great-grandchildren;

Eleven step-great-great-grandchildren;

One step-great-great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be 2:30 p.m., Monday, June 23, at Kyker Funeral Home, Sweetwater. Interment will follow at Sweetwater Memorial Park. Kyker Funeral Home, Sweetwater, in charge of arrangements.
