(Last modified: 2008-06-23 10:16:36) Source: The Monroe County Advocate Cleveland State Community College’s Vonore site will host Cleveland State Day on Tuesday, July 8 from 3-6 p.m. The event will be held at the CSCC Vonore site located at 59B Excellence Way and will provide prospective students the opportunity to find out more information about CSCC—not to mention a free dinner from Donna’s Olde Town Café. Taking classes at Cleveland State can be the stepping-stone to bigger and better opportunities. Whether you’re interested in taking some courses to help you advance in your current career, you’re interested in changing career paths or you just want to take a few classes for personal enrichment, Cleveland State has a plan for you. Representatives from the Vonore site as well as the main campus will be available to answer questions and provide you with information on the various programs CSCC has to offer. Prospective students will be able to meet with representatives from many offices on campus, including Admissions, Financial Aid, ACCESS Center, Business Department, Humanities/Social Sciences, Math/Natural Sciences, Nursing, Technology, Emergency Medical Technician Program, ADVANCE Program for working adults, Early Childhood Education Program and the Regents Online Degree Program (RODP). If you’ve been thinking about going back to school, but just don’t know how to go about it, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
