On June 19, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office charged Ronald Bruce Ferrell, 52, Seedtick Road, Sweetwater, with DUI (fifth offense), driving on a revoked license (3rd offense) simple possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia after he ran off Sweetwater-Vonore Road. 

Ferrell was unsteady on his feet and admitted to drinking a few beers. He said he could not perform field sobriety tests. Ferrell had marijuana and rolling papers on his person.
