The Loudon Redskins who are on a hot streak and currently near the top of their own district had no trouble with the Bears on Friday night. Tellico found themselves down 29-12 at the end of the first quarter as Loudon was quick to put points on the board. Tellico’s Dale Rinehart added a three pointer for the Bears as teammate Piper Carter added a field goal and went four for five from the line in the first stanza. Evan Harris also added jumper from the paint. Tellico fought hard on defense, but Loudon’s offensive dominance was more that Tellico could make adjustments to stop. Loudon’s Mason Small added 10 of his own in the second quarter alone. Loudon pulled ahead 54-29 heading into the half.
Tellico continued to work in hopes of staying in the game while Loudon’s bench found some playing time in the second half.
