A Madisonville man was arrested after he was caught using credit cards that had been stolen from customers at Wal-Mart.
Madisonville Detective Steve Spradlin said the cards were stolen on June 15 and Christopher Cody McDaniel, 24, Bradley Drive, was later videotaped using the cards at Walgreens and Wal-Mart. He purchased more than $1,000 with the cards.
McDaniel is charged with theft over $500, theft under $500 and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
