The following area residents were named to the Dean's List
at Carson-Newman College for the spring semester: Krystalene M. Murphy of Coker
Creek, Megan B. Cooper, Jessica S. Elliot and Sarah M. Tweed, all of
Madisonville; Melissa E. Morris of Sweetwater; and Sonny C. Clough, Kayla B.
Moore and Deletra M. Taylor, all of Tellico Plains.
To be named to the Dean's List, a student must complete at
least 12 credit hours of work and maintain a grade point average of at least
3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale.
