As spring turned into summer, murder
seemed to be the unfortunate thing on Monroe County's mind.
The trial in the 2010 killing of
Sweetwater business man and Election Commission Chairman Jim Miller
saw fits and starts in the court system, as a May trial date was
cancelled and rescheduled for August.
The end of June saw the death of
18-year-old Justin Click, shot in the mountains above Tellico Plains,
a death that was later attributed, by the accused killers, to Clicks
