VONORE-A Vonore man was arrested Jan.
10 after he reportedly ejected two people, including a juvenile, from the back of his truck.
Tennessee Highway Patrolman Ernest
Marion said Jesse Presley, 20, George Thomas Road, was driving on
Highway 360 with 12-year-old girl in the bed of his truck, when he
ran off the road and hit a tree, throwing Madison Presley out of the
truck.
Marion said the child landed in the
roadway where a large tree branch fell on top of her.
Despite being thrown out of the truck
and having the branch land on her, Marion said the girl was taken to
UT Medical Center in Knoxville where she was treated for minor
