A Sweetwater man was arrested July 18 after he allegedly put on a show no one in his neighborhood was interested in seeing.

Sweetwater Police Officer Kris King said he was sent to Browder Street on a call of Gregory Peak standing in his yard naked, touching himself inappropriately. Dispatch told King that Peak had walked back into his house, but was still visible behind a glass storm door.

King said when he arrived he could see Peak through the door, still naked and still touching himself. King said he could see this from his car and the street.

King spoke to the complainant and another witness who said they had both seen Peak naked and touching himself outside.

King said he told Peak to get dressed so he could arrest him and Peak started getting dressed, still allegedly touching himself while doing so. Peak told King he believed he was doing what he was doing because he’d taken drugs earlier.

Peak, 41, was charged with indecent exposure. At his court hearing he pleaded guilty and was fined $250.
