Celebrate Recovery-Watts Bar Church

The Celebrate Recovery Community will meet at Watts Bar Church, located at 1517 State Highway 68 W in Decatur, on Thursday, Nov. 19. A free meal will be served at 6 p.m., followed by worship and large group at 6:45 p.m. Around 7:50, attendees will break into small groups. Small groups are divided into men's and women's groups and are safe places to give and receive positive support for individual needs. Child care is provided.

TPL Board meeting

The Tellico Plains Public Library Board will meet at 8 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 20, at the library.

Free produce, bakery giveaway

The Food Pantry and Thrift Store of Tellico Plains will give away free produce and bakery items every Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. at the gazebo in Town Square. For more information, call Diana Murphy at 423-295-5518.

Sweetwater Celebrate Recovery will resume regular meetings beginning Monday, Nov. 23, at First Baptist Church, located at 303 Wright St. Refreshments/meal begins at 6 p.m., followed by large group at 6:30 p.m. Small share groups will start around 7:30 p.m. Small groups are divided into men's and women's groups and are safe places to give and receive positive support for individual needs.

Celebrate Recovery will meet in Madisonville on Tuesday, Nov. 24, at Madisonville Church of God, located at 3895 New Highway 68. Community Thanksgiving meal

Poplar Bluff Missionary Baptist Church in Tellico Plains invites the community to a Thanksgiving meal on Saturday, Nov. 28, at noon at the Tellico Plains Community Center. The meal will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis.
