Beulah Presley, age 97, of Sweetwater, Tennessee, passed away Sunday morning, April 4, 2021, at Etowah Healthcare. She was born on Sept. 21, 1923, in Lenoir City, a daughter to the late Luther and Ada Davis.
She was a member of Valley View Free Will Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, a wife, mother, and a grandmother. She enjoyed listening to gospel music and spending time with family and friends.
Beulah was preceded in death by: her husband, William (Bruce) Presley; her son, Ricky Lee Presley; brothers, Clyde Davis, Kenneth Davis, Billy Ray Matthews; her sister, Mae Chamblin; and baby sister, Grace.
Beulah is survived by: her son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Linda Presley, of Sweetwater;
Brother, David McCormick;
Four grandchildren and their spouses, Kenneth Lee Presley (Tammy), of Loudon, Steven Lee Presley (Rebekah), of Ranger, Georgia, Becky Lynn Ogle (Steve), of Madisonville, and Melissa Lori Liner (Nick), of Delano;
Great-grandchildren, Brent Allen Ogle (Brittany), of Tellico Plains, Bradley Ray Ogle, of Madisonville, Brandon Kyle Presley (Dakota), of Knoxville, Ashlee Rose Presley, of Oak Ridge, Zachary Francher, of Ranger, Georgia, Kelby Joseph Liner (Leah), Austin Mackenzie Liner (Emilee), and Alexis Nichole Liner, all of Delano;
Three great-great grandchildren, Coby, Corbin and Ayla Grace.
She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Services to honor and remember Beulah were held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Loudon Funeral Home with Rev. Norman Heath and Rev. Dennis Coker officiating. The family received friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. prior to the service.
The graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at East Sweetwater Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Brandon Presley officiating. Beulah’s family will serve as pallbearers.
Loudon Funeral Home and Cremations is in charge of the arrangements.
